Joyce Allen-Dennis

Joyce Allen-Dennis is an experienced professional in corporate governance and legal administration, currently serving as the Assistant Corporate Secretary at Dynegy since May 2015, where responsibilities include governance support for subsidiaries and assistance with parent company governance matters.
