Kelsey began their career in the United States Air Force, holding various roles such as USAF Logistics Readiness Officer, Director of Operations, and Program Manager. In these positions, they managed personnel, budgets, and oversaw the execution of various projects related to maintenance, distribution, and logistics for military weapons systems. Kelsey also completed a DoD SkillBridge Internship at Dynepic, Inc., where they gained experience in product management, Scrum Master, documentation, customer success, and UI/UX. Kelsey then joined Dynepic, Inc. as a Product Manager II, where they focused on developing software products that meet market and user requirements.
