Aiswarya K.

Aiswarya K. is a Senior Scientist and Group Lead at Dyno Therapeutics, overseeing a team focused on high throughput NGS characterization of AAV capsid variants for gene therapy delivery since March 2023. Prior to this role, Aiswarya served as a project lead and Senior Scientist at Skyhawk Therapeutics, where responsibilities included developing an innovative NGS-based multiplexed screening method for drug discovery and managing projects at contract research organizations from May 2021 to March 2023. A postdoctoral researcher in Jon Staley's lab at the University of Chicago from February 2018 to April 2021, Aiswarya was recognized as an American Heart Association Fellow. A graduate research associate at The Ohio State University from August 2012 to December 2017, Aiswarya researched tRNA modification enzymes and contributed to teaching various biochemistry courses. Educational achievements include a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from The Ohio State University and a B.Tech. in Pharmaceutical Technology from Anna University Chennai.
