Lisa Mendoza

Lisa Mendoza is the Head of Partner Success at Dyno Therapeutics. Lisa has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

Lisa started their career as a Scientist III at Berlex Biosciences, where they initiated and led a SMOL GPCR agonist program from target validation to lead optimization. Lisa then joined Bayer Pharmaceuticals as Senior Director of Open Innovation, where they developed the US Search and Evaluation strategy, including implementation and execution of models targeting emerging biotech and academic entrepreneurs in key innovation regions.

Most recently, Lisa founded Lisa Mendoza Consulting, a boutique consulting firm that provides strategic advice to biotech and pharmaceutical companies. Through their consulting work, Lisa has helped numerous companies achieve their business goals.

Lisa Mendoza has a Ph.D. in Marine Biology from UC San Diego and a B.S. with Honors in Biochemistry from California State University, Los Angeles. Lisa also has postdoctoral training in immunology from University of California, Berkeley. In addition, they are certified by the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals (A.S.A.P.) in Lisa Mendoza.
