Leonard Anzalone has a diverse work experience, with roles ranging from Realtor to Business Development & Technology Coordinator.

Leonard began their career as a Realtor at Burdine's in 1993, where they achieved and surpassed sales goals while managing a team of 11 sales associates. Leonard also handled business operations, revenue reports, recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling.

In 1994, Leonard became the Guest Experience Manager at Cheeca Lodge & Spa, where they were responsible for retail management and operations. Leonard managed the hotel's gift/golf shop, executive golf course operations, tennis courts, equipment rentals, and overall guest experience. Leonard successfully met and exceeded monthly sales and budget goals.

Moving on, Leonard joined Mosaic Sales Solutions in 1996 as a Marketing Coordinator for the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. Leonard played a key role in increasing sales performance through demonstrations, training seminars, and brand awareness initiatives. Leonard also managed field logistics operations, conducted market research, and established strong partnerships with 125 retail outlets. Leonard delivered marketing excellence for clients such as Activision, American Express, AT&T, Best Buy, Calvin Klein, DirecTV, Epson, Hewlett-Packard, and Microsoft.

At CENTURY 21®, Leonard worked as a Realtor from 1995 to 2004, specializing in real estate services. Leonard then joined Mosaic Sales Solutions again in 2001, this time as a Retail Sales Trainer for the Southeast region. Leonard performed market research, provided in-store sales training, and handled merchandising for hardlines and softlines. As the responsible person for the largest sales territory in the U.S., Leonard made significant contributions to the company.

In 2005, Leonard took on two different roles simultaneously. Leonard joined Real Estate Solutions 2000, Inc. as a Realtor, specializing in residential property sales. Leonard also became the Business Development & Technology Coordinator for Tampa Lighthouse (formerly DynTek) in South Florida. In this position, they led cross-functional teams, managed projects, and coordinated assistive technology consultations, assessments, and procurement across four districts spanning 14 counties. Leonard was recognized for surpassing key performance indicator goals and achieving cost reduction through proper resource allocation.

Most recently, Leonard has been working as a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. since 2016. Leonard specializes in single-family and condo resales throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties. Leonard produces Comparative Market Analyses to help sellers price their properties accurately. Leonard is also an educated marketing strategist, utilizing various platforms including print, digital, and social media.

Leonard Anzalone completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Prior to this, they obtained an AA in Business Administration from Broward College, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. Leonard Anzalone's high school education was completed at Nova High School from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Leonard Anzalone also holds several certifications, including being REOCertified by Gold Coast Schools in August 2016, a Scuba Diver certified by PADI in September 2012, completing the 21-Plus Sales Training at the Century 21 School of Real Estate in September 1997, and obtaining a Florida Real Estate License from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in August 1995.
