Manolis Papagiannakis has extensive work experience in various roles in the medical and research fields. Manolis is currently working as a Sr Clinical Director at DYSIS Medical, where they lead clinical initiatives and develops the clinical strategy for the company. Prior to this, they held the position of Clinical Manager at the same company, where they implemented clinical strategies and utilized data to enhance evidence-based marketing positioning. Before joining DYSIS Medical, Manolis worked as a Product Manager at Forth Photonics, where they managed products for the company. Manolis also worked as a Post-doctoral research fellow at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and as a Research Trainee at the Institute of Electronic Structure and Laser, Foundation for Research and Technology Hellas.
Manolis Papagiannakis obtained a PhD in Biophysics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) between 1999 and 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics from Panepistimio Kritis, spanning from 1989 to 1994. In their earlier education, between 1985 and 1988, they attended 3rd Lyceum Halandri, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
In addition to their formal education, Manolis Papagiannakis obtained two certifications. In October 2019, they completed the Python Data Structures course from Coursera, and in September 2019, they finished the Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python) course, also from Coursera.
