Ainun Najib

Ainun Najib currently serves as the Global Head of Data Platform at Dyson, starting in May 2024. Previously, Ainun held multiple significant roles at Grab from January 2018 to April 2024, including Head of Analytics Platform, Policy and Data Initiatives, and Head of Business Data Platform, contributing to the development of various data-driven solutions such as real-time analytics and user-centric platforms. Earlier experience includes positions at Traveloka.com as Head of Data, leading data-related teams, and IBM as a Senior Consultant focused on SAP solutions. Ainun's career began with an internship at Accenture Technology Solutions as a software developer. Ainun holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, completed in 2007.
