Carly Nankin

Carly Nankin is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal and employee communications across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Internal Communications Director at Dyson since April 2025, Carly previously held the position of Head of Employee Communications at GIC from September 2022 to March 2025. Prior to that, Carly worked at Cathay Pacific Airways, where roles included Head of Internal Communications and Engagement and Communications Manager from September 2014 to September 2022. Earlier career experiences include Brand Marketing Specialist at iSelect and various marketing and communications roles at Bupa Australia from March 2007 to October 2013. Carly Nankin earned a Bachelor of Psychology with a focus on Management and Marketing from Monash University between 2002 and 2007.
