Ee Lin Ngiow is a Senior User Researcher at Dyson since October 2023, bringing extensive experience in user experience research from previous roles. At Grab from August 2019 to August 2023, Ee Lin held several positions, including Senior UX Researcher for Merchant Research, responsible for managing the user research portfolio, and played a significant role in initiatives such as the personalization strategy for Grab Food and the launch of GrabMart. Prior to Grab, Ee Lin worked at Netizen eXperience from September 2016 to August 2019 as a User Experience Researcher, collaborating with various industries to enhance website and app performance through comprehensive user research methods. Ee Lin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from HELP University, earned between 2013 and 2016.
