Ian Han Pon

Ian Han Pon is a Senior Quality Manager at Dyson, with experience in leading quality initiatives and driving reliability improvements for new product launches in the Southeast Asia region. Ian Han has a background in mechanical engineering and has held various roles at Dyson, including Engineering Manager, Engineering Team Lead, and Senior Design Engineer. Ian has also worked at Delphi as a Mechanical Design Engineer. Ian Han holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
