Jalil Benkiran

Jalil Benkiran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate project management and asset management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Enablement at Dyson, Jalil oversees the annual capital investment plan for real estate projects, ensuring alignment with group strategy and objectives. Previously, as Associate Director of Projects - Asia at WPP, Jalil managed real estate projects across the APAC region, leading negotiations and streamlining operations. Earlier roles include Senior Director at JLL, where Jalil led large-scale fit-out projects and managed significant capital budgets, and Asset Manager at Primonial REIM, overseeing a diverse portfolio and capital enhancement projects in France and the UK. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Real Estate Management from ESSEC Business School and a Master of Architecture from Ecole Spéciale d'Architecture.
