Rachel Lim

Rachel Lim is a seasoned professional in compensation and benefits, currently serving as the Head of Rewards for the APAC region at Dyson. With extensive experience in the field, Rachel has held key positions such as Director of Rewards at Zebra Technologies, Director of Compensation & Benefits for Asia at CSC, and Associate Director of Rewards for Asia at NBCUniversal, Inc. Additionally, Rachel worked as a Total Rewards Senior Manager for Southeast Asia at SAP. Rachel Lim holds an Honours degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore, which was completed between 1997 and 2001.
