Shilpi Upinder Chugh possesses extensive experience in human resources, having held prominent positions such as Head of HR at Dyson India, Eicher Good Earth, Nicobar Design Pvt. Ltd., and Boston Scientific. Previous roles include HR Business Partner, Executive Compensation Analyst, and Compensation Consultant at American Express, as well as a Manager in Human Resources at the same company.
