Marta Osęka

Marta is an entrepreneur, was involved in technology transfer for over 10 years, and she co-founded and managed multiple start-ups. During her career, Marta has participated in many transactions including financing and licensing of early-stage projects.

She worked at the Medical University in Warsaw, where she served as a mentor in business development and financing strategies. She was responsible for creating investment opportunities, raising capital, and leading commercialization initiatives.

Marta has also extensive experience working with VC funds. She led the due diligence processes and supported investors in deal flow management. Marta acted as advisor in the area of business development to boards of several companies.
