Shaun Elder

Shaun Elder is an experienced professional with a strong background in materials science and engineering, currently serving as the Regional Chief Operations Officer for Americas and North America at DYWIDAG-Systems International since July 2013. Previously, Shaun held various engineering roles at ArcelorMittal from July 2010 to July 2013 and GE Aviation from July 2006 to June 2010, where significant contributions included leading a multi-disciplinary team to implement 3D printing technology and developing differentiated specialty plate products for diverse markets. Shaun's early career included research at the Hersam Research Group at Northwestern University and internships at GE Aviation, with a solid academic foundation comprising a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University and Northwestern University, respectively.
