Rachel Gedge

Rachel Gedge is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an Interim People Business Partner at Vistry Group since October 2024. Previously, Rachel held the same interim position at Compass Group UK & Ireland from December 2023 to September 2024 and served as a Senior HR Business Partner focusing on Employee Engagement and Projects at CALYX in 2022. Additional roles include Head of People Services and Experience at The MISSION Group and a long tenure at Autoglass® where Rachel advanced from Regional HR Manager to Head of People Engagement and Internal Communications. Rachel's career began at Wickes as a Regional HR Manager, and educational qualifications include a BTech diploma in Hotel and Catering Management from Yeovil College along with earlier education at Bristol University and Lord Digbys Grammar School.
