Chadd Dehn has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and administration. Chadd currently holds the position of Vice President - RPO at DZConneX since December 2016. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Partner at DreamJobs from September 2013. From January 2012 to September 2013, Chadd served as the Director of Human Resources and Administration at YB Management, LLC. Chadd also worked at Adecco RPO (formerly TalentTrack), where they held the roles of Practice Director and Director of Operations from 2007 to 2012. Earlier in their career, Chadd worked as a Practice Director at Adecco from 2009 to 2011 and as a Director of Recruiting at both Spherion and AIM Executive from 1996 to 2004.

Chadd Dehn obtained a BA/MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Toledo. Their education spanned from 1990 to 1996.
