Neilu Salem

Neilu Salem is an experienced professional in the hospitality and textiles industries, currently serving as the Customer Success Manager at D-ZEE Textiles LLC since November 2018. In this role, Neilu focuses on cultivating customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty, specifically working with hotel owners and housekeeping managers. Prior to this, Neilu held the position of Assistant Purchaser at Marriott Hotels for a brief period in 2018, where responsibilities included developing purchasing strategies and maintaining supplier relationships. Neilu’s experience further extends to roles such as Production Incharge at Evolution Hospitality and Production Manager at Textile Network, where skills in production oversight and scheduling were honed. Neilu's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University and certifications in Hospitality Management from Penn State School of Hospitality Management and TISOH.
