Manjeeta Gurung is a Communications Officer at dZi Foundation. Manjeeta has also worked as a Research Assistant at Anweshan from November 2018 to October 2020. Manjeeta has also been involved in various major activities including research assistance and field research for the 'm-health project for Female Community Health Volunteers (FCHVs)' jointly conducted by the Government of Nepal and BBC Media Action. Manjeeta was also a researcher for the 'Rapid Co-vid Assessment Report' prepared by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and a consultant for writing 'Turning Wound into Wisdom', an official account of the Health Emergency and Disaster Management Unit of the Ministry of Health. Additionally, they have also written reports for the 'Conference on Standardization of Training program for Health Sector Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Response Plan' hosted by WHO Nepal as well as pre-tested tools for the study "Effectiveness of Pre-Departure Orientation Training for aspiring Nepali Migrants Workers" conducted jointly with IOM, Nepal, and Bournemouth University.

Manjeeta Gurung completed their high school education from Kathmandu Model Secondary School in the field of Science. Manjeeta completed their School Leaving Certificate from Siddhartha Vanasthali Institute with a score of 90.75%. Manjeeta pursued their Bachelor of Arts from St. Xavier's College in the field of Social Work and Literature.
