Chiyang Smith

Chiyang Smith is currently working as a SOX Compliance Manager at DZS. Prior to this role, Smith worked at Protiviti as a Manager in Internal Audit and Financial Advisory. With a background in accounting, Smith also held positions at Builders FirstSource and EY in auditing and assurance roles. Fluent in Chinese, Smith specializes in translating documents for compliance review matters. Graduating with a Master's degree in Accounting and an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas, Smith also holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from National Taipei University.
