Justin Ferguson

Justin Ferguson is the Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary at DZS, where Justin has been working since September 2020. Prior to this, Justin held the position of Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Ribbon Communications from April 2018 to September 2020. Before that, Justin was the Vice President and General Counsel at Zix Corporation from November 2015 to April 2018, and the Senior Vice President, Director of Legal at GENBAND from August 2011 to October 2015. Justin began their legal career as an Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges from August 2005 to August 2011, and then at Baker Botts LLP from September 2003 to August 2005. Justin holds a J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law and a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University.
