Philip Bednarz

Philip Bednarz is the SVP Cloud Edge R&D at DZS since May 2022. Prior to that, Philip worked as EVP Product Development at ASSIA, Inc. from February 2007 to May 2022. Before that, Philip held positions such as VP Engineering, Media, and VP Software Engineering at 2Wire from August 2003 to January 2007. Philip was also the VP Engineering / General Manager at 8x8 / Netergy Microelectronics from July 1999 to April 2003 and Director Advanced Technology at 8x8, Inc. from April 1995 to June 1999. Philip holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
