Cassee Ger

Cassee Ger has worked in the Human Resources field since 2005. Cassee began their career as an Administrative Assistant II at Parsons Brinckerhoff in 2005. In 2008, they moved to Pace Global Energy Services where they worked as an Executive Assistant. In 2010, they began working as a Human Resources Generalist at Camber Corporation. In 2015, they moved to Chenega Corporation where they worked as a Human Resources Generalist. In 2016, they began working as a Senior Human Resources Consultant and HR Consultant/HRBP at Helios HR | Consulting & Talent Acquisition. Most recently, they have been working as an HR Manager at DZYNE Technologies since 2022.

Cassee Ger has an educational background in Administration of Justice. Cassee attended Northern Virginia Community College from 2001 to 2006. Cassee then went on to earn a BS from George Mason University from 2006 to 2008. In 2014, Cassee Ger completed a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University. In addition, Cassee Ger has obtained various certifications, including a Coaching Employees through Difficult Situations certification from LinkedIn in April 2020, a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in January 2015, a SPHR certification from HRCI in March 2020, a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from HR Certification Institute in July 2016, and a Certified Microsoft Office Specialist certification from Microsoft.
