Roger Horner

Roger Horner has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Roger started their career as a Production Engineer at Racal Decca in 1980. In 1982, they founded and became the Managing Director of Loxton Business Systems Ltd, a software house that developed back and front office systems for the financial services market. The company was eventually acquired in 1990. From 1992 to 1996, Horner worked as a Skipper for S/Y Tobago Clipper, gaining valuable experience in different maritime environments. In 1996, they founded e3 Systems, where they currently serve as the Group Managing Director. The company specializes in providing technology for global connectivity, particularly in mobile maritime markets, offering services such as data communications, data management, and content distribution.

Roger Horner attended Sutton Valence for an unknown period of time. Roger then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering Science with Industrial Management at The University of Edinburgh from 1977 to 1980. Additionally, they obtained certifications from the Royal Yachting Association in Yachtmaster, Oceanmaster, and ICC International Certificate of Competence.
