Phil Tomassini

Phil joined e&e as a Senior Advisor in January 2019. Prior to joining the team, Phil enjoyed a 35-year career working for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. At his last job with the State, Phil served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Commonwealth’s Infrastructure and Economic Development Delivery Center which consisted of PennDOT, DCED, and PEMA. Phil also held positions as CIO for PennDOT, Deputy CIO with the Office of Administration working with the Commonwealth’s public safety and environmental agencies in developing IT strategic plans and providing enterprise IT direction, and Phil was the Executive Director for the Pennsylvania Justice Network (JNET) which provides public safety and criminal justice information to municipal, county, state and federal agencies via a secure integrated portal.
