Benjamin Truitt P. is an experienced military leader currently serving as Chief Enlisted Manager in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, responsible for training and career development. With a strong background in intelligence program management, Benjamin has held various roles, including Senior Intelligence Program Manager at the 310th Space Wing, where guidance was provided on enlisted force matters, and Assistant Program Manager, overseeing professional development for over 1500 members. As a Senior Systems Administrator at E&M Technologies, Inc., management of classified data through extensive military satellite and cloud infrastructure was undertaken. Previous experiences include serving as a Cyberspace Intelligence Advisor at Tyto Athene, Program Manager for Cyber Intelligence Training at the Defense Intelligence Agency, and Intelligence Analyst with the United States Air Force. Benjamin holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the American Public University System, along with an Associate’s degree in Radar Communications and Systems Technology.
