Michelle Romanello

Michelle Romanello has extensive experience in configuration management and logistics, currently serving as the Configuration Manager Lead for E&M Technologies, Inc. since July 2017. Prior roles include Senior Information Specialist/Knowledge Engineer and Configuration Management Site Support Representative at Jacobs Technology and P3I, Incorporated, respectively. Michelle has a significant background in providing operational and technical consultation for the USAF AFFOR Program through various contractor positions. Beginning a career in the United States Air Force as a Logistics Planner/Master Sergeant, Michelle managed large-scale deployments and logistics operations. Additionally, involvement in the Peninsula Women’s Network as a Board Director and various consulting roles in sales and education further highlights a diverse skill set. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Management/Human Resources and two Associate degrees in Logistics and Avionics Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
