Flaubi Farias

Flaubi Farias has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Flaubi started as a Freelance Writer and Blogger, writing for blogs, portals, and various media outlets for five years. Flaubi then worked as an Assessor de Imprensa at the Diretório Central de Estudantes at the Universidade de Passo Fundo, where they were responsible for media relations and publishing the DCE newspaper.

Flaubi later became a Reporter at Jornal O Nacional, covering regional politics and conducting interviews with public figures. Flaubi also worked as a Columnist and International Correspondent for the newspaper's blog, sharing their experiences and travels in Europe.

After their time in journalism, Flaubi transitioned into the field of marketing. Flaubi worked at RD Station as the Head of Content Marketing, leading a team that created content to empower professionals and entrepreneurs in digital marketing and sales. Flaubi also implemented a program to increase production called RD Influencers.

Flaubi then joined Xerpay, a leading on-demand salary platform, as the Head of Marketing. Flaubi was responsible for branding, content, social media, product marketing, inbound strategy, growth, PR, and customer engagement. Xerpay was eventually acquired by Betterfly, and Flaubi continued as the Head of Marketing for the company's operations in Brazil.

Flaubi also worked as the Head of Marketing for Kamino, a highly valued fintech company in Latin America, where they organized go-to-market strategies, recruited a marketing team, and managed various marketing functions.

Currently, Flaubi serves as the Head of Marketing for e-Auditoria, a technology company specializing in digital auditing and tax recovery solutions. Flaubi oversees the marketing team and is responsible for ensuring sustainable business growth through acquisition, engagement, retention, and expansion strategies.

Prior to their career in marketing and journalism, Flaubi founded and directed La Parola, an online portal focused on journalism, culture, art, and ideas. The portal published over 2,000 articles and welcomed over 5 million unique visitors during its eight years of operation.

Flaubi Farias completed a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication - Journalism from Universidade de Passo Fundo from 2008 to 2012. In addition, they pursued studies in Journalism and Audiovisual at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid from 2011 to 2012. Flaubi also obtained several certifications, including Inbound Marketing for Managers from RD University in 2020, Emotional Intelligence Course from Escola Conquer in 2020, Content Marketing from RD University in 2019, Inbound Marketing for Analysts from RD University in 2019, and Introduction to Inbound Marketing from RD University in 2019.
