Vladimir Todorakov

Vladimir Todorakov has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Vladimir'smost recent position was as a Product Manager at e-bate Limited starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Nuvolo from 2019 to 2022, where they held various roles including Director of Innovation Bulgaria and Product Manager. At Nuvolo, they were responsible for product management of the Real Estate product line, focusing on lease administration and accounting.

From 2014 to 2019, Todorakov worked at United Bulgarian Bank, starting as the Head of Real Estate Management Department and later becoming the Head of Real Estate Sales Division, Assets for Sale Directorate. In these roles, they successfully managed the disposal of the bank's repossessed real estate assets and achieved targets.

Before that, they worked as an Investment Manager at Serdica Properties Consult from 2012 to 2014 and at the Regional Urban Development Fund in 2012. Vladimir also served as a Senior Associate in EU Project Management at the Ministry of Regional Development of Bulgaria from 2011 to 2012.

In addition, Todorakov has experience in real estate consultancy and brokerage, having worked as the Head of Agency Department at BNP Paribas Real Estate from 2009 to 2010 and as a Senior Consultant at Colliers International from 2006 to 2009.

Furthermore, Todorakov was a co-founder and managing partner at Location BG, where they launched a web service for facilitating off-line transactions and geolocalization of physical businesses from 2010 to 2013.

Vladimir Todorakov completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski from 1999 to 2003. Vladimir then pursued a Master's degree in Political Science from Central European University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2005. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained several certifications, including Agile Product Owner Role: Techniques from LinkedIn, Green Belt Certification (GB) from Strategyn, Technology for Product Managers from LinkedIn, and GIS Analyst, Spatial Modelling from MAPMECHANICS.
