Jonathan Wong

Jonathan Wong, CPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Employee Relations Analyst at E-Comm 9-1-1 since February 2018, where responsibilities include database management for Employee Relations and Occupational Health reporting, coordinating grievances, and supporting mediation and arbitration processes. Previously, Jonathan served in various roles at E-Comm, including People and Culture Coordinator for Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Payroll & Benefits, contributing to the Occupational Health and Safety program and overseeing full-cycle recruitment for numerous positions. Prior experience includes working as a Store Administrator and Human Resources Coordinator at Real Canadian Superstore, managing recruitment processes and employee engagement initiatives. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Strategic Human Resource Management from Capilano University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Simon Fraser University.
