Alex Meyers

Alex Meyers is an experienced Employee Relations Analyst with a strong background in labour relations and human resources. Currently at the Toronto Transit Commission since June 2022, Alex previously served as an Employee Relations Advisor for the Ontario Treasury Board Secretariat and as a National Representative for the Canadian Union of Public Employees. Extensive skills include advising on grievances and discipline, negotiating settlements, conducting training, and leading bargaining teams. Alex holds a Master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Queen's University and has a diverse work history that includes roles as a Union Steward and Historical Interpreter, showcasing strong advocacy, communication, and analytical abilities.
