Felicet Gration

Felicet Gration has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. In 2018, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Dynamic plastics and assembly. They then moved on to Manchester Constructions in 2020, where they served as a Customer Relationship Management Consultant, handling project tracking, customer queries, and feedback. In 2021, they joined Asia Society for Social Improvement and Sustainable Transformation (ASSIST) as a Marketing Intern, promoting development programs and proposing new business projects. Concurrently, they also worked as a Business Development Executive at e-con Systems, involved in developing new business opportunities. Later in 2021, Felicet joined vMeasure | Automated Parcel Dimensioning as an Automated Dimensioning Specialist. Finally, they joined VisAI Labs as an Automated Dimensioning Specialist, specializing in retail analytics solutions. Their role also involved working with a team to develop computer vision and edge AI solutions for automated dimensioning, people counting, vehicle tracking, and anomaly detection.

Felicet Gration completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from St. Joseph's Institute of Management from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Consumer Psychology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati in December 2020, Customer Relationship Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in December 2020, The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in May 2020, and Business English Certificate (BEC) Vantage from Cambridge Assessment English in July 2016.
