Tharuna Prabha has a diverse range of work experience. They began their career in 2007 as a Contract Administrator at Hewlett-Packard, where they handled contracts, processed projects, and contributed to learning and development. In 2010, they worked as an Admissions Assistant at Kingston University, providing HR administrative support and conducting interviews. In 2011, they worked as a Technical Consultant at iQuest Consultants, responsible for full life cycle recruitment. They then moved on to Vertx Solutions as a Consultant in the semiconductor industry. In 2013, Tharuna joined e-con Systems as a Senior Executive in Business Development, later becoming the Head of the UK, Ireland, and Norway. Currently, they are serving as a Senior Account Manager for Europe at e-con Systems, responsible for handling strategic accounts and building strong client relationships.

Tharuna Prabha completed their education history as follows:

- In 1996 to 2004, they attended Velammal Mat. Hr. Sec School but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study.

- From 2004 to 2007, they studied at Dwaraka Doss Goverdhan Doss Vaishnav College and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Visual Communication.

- In 2009 to 2010, they pursued higher education at Kingston University and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDIHRM).
