Valentini Karperou has a decade of work experience in various roles. Valentini began their career in 2007 as the Vice President External Relations & Sales for AIESEC in Greece. In 2008, they were the Local Committee President for AIESED IN UNIVERSITY OF PIRAEUS. In 2009, they were a Marketing Analyst for the Greek Market for AKBAS. In 2010, they were a Sales Representative for DTA Group. In 2011, they were a Sales Representative for ARCOM Group and an Account Manager for CQS S.A. In 2012, they were a Sales Representative and Business Advisor for Vodafone Greece. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Digital Marketing Manager for Kyklos Digital Marketing - Educational Services. Finally, since 2016, they have been a Pricing Specialist for Profood SA.

Valentini Karperou obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Athens University of Economics and Business between 2004 and 2009, majoring in Marketing.
