Sauban Siddiqui

Sauban Siddiqui has a comprehensive work history in the field of Human Resources. Beginning in 1999, they served as the Head of Human Resources at Binary Semantics Ltd. until 2003. From 2003 to 2005, Sauban worked as a Dy. Manager at CSC. They then joined Induslogic in 2005 as a Senior Manager- Human Resources. In 2007, Sauban became the Location Head Human Resources/Senior Manager at CSC India until 2009. Following this, they joined Zad Holding Company S.A.Q. as the Vice President of Human Resources from 2009 to 2021. In 2022, Sauban founded and became the Director of HR Solution Bridge until 2023. Currently, Sauban is the Head of Human Resources at e& enterprise IoT & AI.

Sauban Siddiqui began their education at Jamia Millia Islamia, where they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources from 1993 to 1995. Sauban then pursued further education at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, focusing on Advanced Human Resource Management from 2010 onwards. In 2012, they also studied at the Indian School of Business, specializing in Linking HR with Business Strategy.
