Jimmy Ruts

Jimmy Ruts has a diverse work experience in various technology roles. Jimmy started their career in 2008 as a J2EE/Java Developer at BeanPole, where they worked as a consultant for three years. Jimmy then worked as a Test Developer at Steria, where they automated the validation of XML reports.

In 2010, Jimmy worked as a JEE6 Architect/Developer at Inter Ferry Boats, stabilizing a Java web-based document management system. Jimmy also worked as a JEE/Java Developer at Scarlet, where they developed an online ordering flow for purchasing digital telecom products.

From 2011 to 2013, Jimmy worked as a Java Enterprise Developer at Net & Storage Solutions, where they were the key owner of the CorrectVit application. Jimmy then joined Onea as a Java Software Engineer, responsible for developing an invoice automation solution.

In 2014, Jimmy joined Thomas Cook Group, initially as a Java Software Engineer and later as a Senior Java Developer and Tech Lead. Jimmy played a key role in developing the Content Hub and improving the efficiency of the workflow.

In 2019, Jimmy worked as a Full Stack Developer at Officient.io before joining e.fundamentals in 2020 as a Principal Software Engineer. At e.fundamentals, they were involved in empowering clients with custom taxonomies and streamlining internal processes.

From 2007 to 2008, Jimmy Ruts completed a J2EE/JAVA course at CEVORA/VDAB by BeanPole.
