Costner Lane

Costner Lane is an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor currently employed at E G Carter & Co Ltd since August 2021, following a tenure as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor at Snape Contracting from September 2019 to August 2021. At Snape Contracting, Costner Lane assisted the commercial manager and quantity surveyors, focusing on social housing projects and engaging in measures and pre-measures using M3NHF schedule of rates books. Prior to this role, Costner Lane gained valuable experience as a Product Design and Development Apprentice at ABB and worked as a Computer Aided Design Technician at Mabey Bridge. Costner Lane is pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management at the University of the West of England, building on a Higher National Certificate in Construction and the Built Environment from Gloucestershire College and A-Levels in French, Mathematics, and Spanish from Haberdashers’ Monmouth Schools.
