Marina Cepa

Marina Cepa has a strong background in business operations, employee experience, finance, and accounting. From 2015 onwards, they held the position of Head of Business Operations & Employee Experience at E-goi. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2019, they served as Financial Manager and Accountant at the Association of Portuguese Agricultural and Rural Women - MARP. From 2011 to 2015, Marina worked at SIMDOURO, SA as a Management Controller and HR Manager, responsible for budgeting, financial analysis, contract management, and HR activities. Before that, they were the Accounting Manager at ACEB - Association for Cooperation between Baldios from 2004 to 2012, where they also served as a trainer in accounting and management. Marina Cepa's career also includes teaching roles as a Secondary and Primary School teacher of Economics and Accounting from 2005 to 2011 at Public Schools.

Marina Cepa obtained a Mestrado em Contabilidade (Master's in Accounting) from Universidade do Minho in 2015. Marina also completed a Pós-Graduação (Post-Graduation) in Contabilidade from the same university in 2009-2010. Prior to that, Marina earned a Licenciatura (Bachelor's) in Gestão (Management) from Instituto Politécnico de Viana do Castelo in 2003-2004, and a Bacharelato (Associate's) in Gestão from the same institute in 2000-2003. There are no additional certifications provided outside of the mentioned degrees.
