Riini Saluri

Head of People & Culture Unit at e-Governance Academy

Riini Saluri works as the Head of People and Culture Unit at the e-Governance Academy. Riini has been active in personnel management for over 20 years. She is very passionate about all topics related to personnel development. Before joining the e-Governance Academy, Riini worked as an HR manager at the National Health Foundation and was also responsible for organizing internal communications and events. Previously, she was an HR manager at the Ministry of Defense and Omniva, and led the development of the Estonian public service and its personnel management at the State Chancellery and the Ministry of Finance.

In addition to her daily work activities, she is a member of PARE (Estonian Personnel Management Association) and has contributed as a volunteer to various working groups of PARE. She also contributes from time to time as an expert to various personnel development projects (e.g., development of human resources management in the Georgian public service, renewal of the competence model of middle-level managers in the Estonian public service, etc.) and as a lecturer in human resources management and psychology.

Riini studied psychology at the Tallinn University and then obtained a master’s degree in public administration at the Tallinn University of Technology. In addition, she has improved herself in various courses on internal communication, visual technologies, VBA in MS Excel and Lean management, where she has a bronze level.
