Rozha Ahmed

Rozha Ahmed works as an Expert on Smart Governance at the e-Governance Academy. She is involved in developing digital transformation roadmaps as a consultant.

Rozha has worked for more than 12 years as an IT expert. She has significant experience in digital transformation and business process reengineering, system analysis, design and implementation of different information systems, and change management. She has contributed to the e-Court system project implementation in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq as a Client-Side Project Manager by Aktors.

In addition to the private sector, she has the academic experience and worked at different universities, including lecturing, supervising bachelor’s and master’s thesis, reviewing different journal articles, leading many academic committees, and authoring several publications. Also, she worked as an assistant lecturer at the Sulaimani Polytechnic University in Iraq from 2012 to 2018.

Rozha holds a BSc in Statistics & Computer from the University of Sulaimani in Iraq and an MSc in Computing Science from the Newcastle University in the UK. She started her PhD in the digital transformation of justice systems in 2018 at the Tallinn University of Technology.
