Mr.Biswa Mohan Rath is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, with Bachelor’s degree in Law.

Mr.Biswa Mohan Rath has over 24 Years of Experience in Legal & Secretarial in Various organisations. He started his career as a Company secretary of Hydraulics limited. He had a stint of 12 years with TATA group and held the position as Company Secretary, Asian Coffee Ltd and subsequently as Head – Legal & Company Secretary of GMR Industries Ltd and RSB Transmissions India Ltd.
