Hossein Moradian

Hossein Moradian, Ph.D., currently serves as a Deep Learning Engineer at E Ink Corporation, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this role, Hossein worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at UC Irvine from September 2016 to September 2021, focusing on optimization algorithms, machine learning, and control over distributed systems. Additionally, from February 2014 to June 2016, Hossein was a Research Engineer at the Center of Excellence in Design, Robotics, and Automation (CEDRA), where research centered on algorithm design, estimation, and control of dynamical systems. Hossein earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering from UC Irvine (2016-2020), a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology (2011-2014), and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology (2007-2011).
