Jiancheng Luo

Jiancheng Luo is a seasoned polymer chemist with extensive experience in material design and optimization. As a Senior Scientist at E Ink Corporation since October 2021, Jiancheng leads efforts in the development of colored E-paper displays, utilizing design of experiments (DOE) to enhance material properties and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address reliability challenges. Prior to this role, Jiancheng contributed as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, focusing on synthesizing and characterizing high-performance silicone-based elastomers, achieving significant improvements in toughness. Jiancheng's academic background includes a PhD in Polymer Chemistry and a Master's degree from The University of Akron, as well as a Bachelor's degree from East China University of Science and Technology, showcasing a strong foundation in polymer science and engineering.
