Christina Santa Maria has extensive work experience in the beauty industry. Christina is currently the Vice President of Product Development at E.L.F. Beauty since September 2023. Before that, they were the Head of Product Development at Paula's Choice Skincare from May 2022 to August 2023. Christina also held the position of Executive Director, Product Innovation at Too Faced Cosmetics from 2017 to 2022. Prior to that, they worked at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from 2007 to 2016 in various roles, including Director, Product Development, Manager, Product Development, and Assistant Manager, Product Development. Christina started their career at MAC Cosmetics in 2006 as a Product Specialist, Product Development, and worked as a Coordinator, Product Development at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from 2005 to 2006.

Christina Santa Maria holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Marketing from the University of Southern California. Christina also completed the Professional Designation Program, Advanced Study in Beauty Marketing and Product Development at FIDM.
