David Oleary

David OLeary, CPIM, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Demand Planning at E.L.F. BEAUTY since November 2021. OLeary has extensive experience in supply chain management, having previously held the position of Director of Supply Chain at Edward Marc Brands and Manager of Planning & Inventory Control at SDC Nutrition. OLeary also worked at Big Heart Pet Brands as Senior Manager of Production Planning & Inventory Control, where responsibilities included overseeing pack planning and inventory management for pet food products. Earlier career roles include Master Scheduler at Sony Electronics and Material Planner at Hydro Systems Company. David OLeary holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Production & Operations Management from Bowling Green State University.
