Joshua Wells is a seasoned application developer with extensive experience in building and optimizing web applications. Currently serving as a Senior Application Developer at E.L.F. BEAUTY since December 2022, Joshua focuses on creating scalable web solutions. Previously, Joshua held multiple roles at Bath & Body Works from August 2017 to December 2022, including mentoring other developers and leading backend development in an agile environment. Earlier career experiences include SEO-focused positions at American Signature Inc. and GSW Advertising, as well as a foundation in digital media and advertising operations. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Managerial Marketing and Business Management from Kent State University.
