Kathleen Subijano

Kathleen Subijano is an accomplished professional in the beauty and cosmetics industry, currently serving as Associate Manager of Product Development at E.L.F. BEAUTY, where responsibilities include managing product development for skincare and body care brands under Keys Soulcare and WELL PEOPLE. Prior to this, Kathleen was the Owner and Creative Director of Alajas, producing a sustainable line of pearl jewelry. Kathleen has held various roles in product development and project management at Slate Brands, overseen beauty editorial content, and contributed to lifestyle columns at The Philippine Daily Inquirer.
