Laura Otani

Laura Otani has over 30 years of experience in design and packaging, with a focus on the beauty industry. Laura currently holds the position of Head of Packaging and Sustainable Design at E.L.F. Beauty. Prior to this, they were the Principal of Otani Design LLC.

Laura also has a strong background in executive positions, having worked as the Executive Director of Concept and Design at Estée Lauder and as the Executive Director of Design at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. In these roles, they led teams of designers and collaborated with various cross-functional teams to create innovative and successful designs.

Additionally, Laura has held roles as the Design Director at NARS Cosmetics, the Package Designer at Baron & Baron, and the Principal of Laura Otani Design. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated their expertise in driving business goals through breakthrough designs and leading teams towards success.
