Mike Woginrich

Mike Woginrich has a diverse work experience in human resources. Mike began their career at Weinstock's as a Department Sales Manager from 1991 to 1993. Mike then joined Emporium/Weinstock's as an Education Specialist in training from 1993 to 1994. Mike continued to work in the retail industry, joining Broadway Stores, Inc. as a Manager of Campus Relations from 1994 to 1995. After that, they worked at Mervyn's as a Campus Relations Representative and later as a Manager of Headquarters Human Resources, handling employee relations and staffing for the entire merchant division from 1995 to 2004. Mike then moved on to Jamba Juice, where they held various roles including Regional Human Resources Manager, Director of Human Resources, Senior Director of Field Human Resources, and Vice President of HR and Talent Acquisition from 2004 to 2014. Most recently, they worked at Sephora as a Senior Director of HR Retail, responsible for the human resources function of all Sephora US Retail locations, before joining e.l.f. Cosmetics in 2017 as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Mike Woginrich received their BA Degrees in Political Science and History from California State University, Chico, where they studied from 1987 to 1991.
