Stephanie Sharos

Stephanie Sharos has a strong background in learning and development, with experience in various leadership roles. Stephanie is currently working as the Associate Director of People Development at E.L.F. Beauty. Prior to that, they held positions such as Senior Director of Learning and Development at Wunderkind and Head of CX Academy (Learning & Development) North America at Swarovski. Stephanie also has experience as the Head of Learning & Development at INTERMIX and as the Director of Learning and Development - Retail Development at Michael Kors. Stephanie also worked in training and development roles at Tory Burch and held positions as General Manager at Michael Kors and BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP.

Stephanie Sharos attended New York University in 2019, where they studied Certified Instructional Design. Prior to that, they studied Apparel and Textiles at the International Academy of Design and Technology-Chicago from 2001 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 2018, they obtained a certification as a Certified Situational Leadership ll Trainer from The Ken Blanchard Companies.
